The objective was to transform a massive, technical hardware inventory into a streamlined online destination. We leveraged the robust architecture of the Canopy theme to handle deep-nested categories, ensuring that professionals and DIY enthusiasts can navigate thousands of SKUs—from construction materials to automotive parts—with ease.
THE STORY
Sparepart.pk was born from a need for a reliable, quality-focused marketplace in Pakistan’s hardware sector. I developed a high-utility Shopify infrastructure designed to manage technical product specifications across diverse categories. By focusing on a "search-first" user experience and nationwide shipping logistics, we successfully established a digital home for genuine tools and components.
OUR APPROACH
Canopy Theme Architecture: Optimized the "Mega-Menu" and advanced filtering systems to help users find specific parts within a massive catalog in seconds.
Technical SEO for Industrial SKUs: Implemented a targeted SEO strategy to ensure specific automotive and hardware parts rank for intent-driven local searches in Pakistan.
High-Utility UI/UX: Developed a clean, robust interface that prioritizes product technicality and specifications, ensuring buyers have the data they need to confirm compatibility.
